RelayFast is operated by Pixeera LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our platform and services (the "Service").
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address.
Contact Data: When people participate in a project's feedback, Support, Surveys, or Product updates, we may collect their name, email address, project-scoped external identifier, messages, responses, and disclosed product context on the project owner's behalf. Project owners are the data controllers for their Contacts' data.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, browser type, device information, IP address, referrer and UTM data, and signup, login, checkout, and subscription conversion events.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by our billing partner, Stripe. We do not store your credit card details directly. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.

We use essential cookies to maintain account and project-scoped Contact sessions, authentication state, appearance preference, sidebar preference, and visitor state for reactions. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies expire after a set period.

Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our terms).
Contact identity is retained while needed to provide the project experience. Product-update unsubscribe disables only that preference. Project owners may anonymize a Contact through privacy deletion, which removes identifying and authentication data while preserving non-identifying feedback aggregates.

If you are a Contact of one of our customers' projects, please contact the project owner directly regarding your data. Project owners can manage Contact status, anonymize Contact identity through privacy deletion, and export active verified Product-update subscriptions from the dashboard.
The Service is not directed to children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
