Welcome to RelayFast. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RelayFast platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by RelayFast ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

RelayFast is a hosted changelog and feature request platform for SaaS teams. The Service enables you to publish changelogs, collect feature requests and feedback from your users, manage email subscribers, and embed notification widgets into your product.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment

RelayFast offers a free tier and a Pro plan at $10 per month. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you agree to the following:

Payments are processed by our billing partner, Polar
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Send unsolicited email or spam through the Service
Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Scrape, data-mine, or extract data from the Service through automated means
Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to publish it.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by RelayFast and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
In no event shall RelayFast be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RelayFast, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account or contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period (typically 30 days)
You may request an export of your data before account deletion

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RelayFast operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
