Is there a free plan for RelayFast?

No. RelayFast has one complete Pro plan. Registration can create an account, but operating projects requires paid Pro access, a founder offer, or an internal Admin entitlement.

How much does RelayFast Pro cost?

RelayFast Pro is $19 per month or $180 per year when billed annually. The price is flat and does not change with the number of Contacts or page views. Pro includes up to 10 projects, unlimited posts and feedback activity, 1,000 active verified Product-update subscriptions, a custom domain, removed branding, Product-update email, scheduled publishing, custom categories, subscriber export, Support, Surveys, and the feedback widget.

Does RelayFast charge per tracked user or page view?

No. RelayFast uses flat pricing. There are no tracked-user fees, monthly active user fees, or page view overages. The Pro cap applies only to the 1,000 Contacts who actively confirmed Product updates, not to feedback participants or anonymous visitors.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel from account settings. When Pro access expires, the dashboard becomes read-only immediately, public pages remain available for 30 days, and retained data returns when you reactivate.

Do you offer annual billing or a discount for paying yearly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Annual billing is $180 per year, which works out to $15 per month and saves about two months versus monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual from the billing portal at any time.
