Common questions about RelayFast pricing.
What is included on each plan, how billing works, and what happens when teams upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.
- Is there a free plan for RelayFast?
- Yes. The Free plan includes one project, ten posts per month, fifty subscribers, a hosted changelog with RelayFast branding, feature requests and voting, an embeddable widget, and an RSS feed. It is meant for validating the workflow before turning your changelog into a customer-facing communication channel.
- How much does RelayFast Pro cost?
- RelayFast Pro is $19 per month or $180 per year when billed annually. The price is flat and does not change with the number of tracked users or page views. Pro includes up to 10 projects, unlimited posts, 1,000 subscribers, a custom domain, removed branding, subscriber email notifications, scheduled publishing, custom categories, subscriber export, and priority support.
- Does RelayFast charge per tracked user or page view?
- No. RelayFast uses flat pricing on every plan. There are no tracked-user fees, monthly active user fees, or page view overages. The Pro subscriber cap (1,000 included) applies to subscribers who confirmed email updates, not to anonymous changelog page visitors.
- Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
- Yes. You can cancel from the customer billing portal at any time. When you cancel, your project continues on the Free plan, your changelog stays online, and your data remains in your account so you can restart later without losing posts, subscribers, or feature requests.
- Do you offer annual billing or a discount for paying yearly?
- Yes. Annual billing is $180 per year, which works out to $15 per month and saves about two months versus monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual from the billing portal at any time.
- What happens at the end of the trial?
- If you do not enter a payment method by the end of the trial, the project moves to the Free plan automatically. You keep your published posts, subscribers, and feature requests. Pro-only features such as the custom domain and removed branding pause until you upgrade.
